McCarter Hwy. Extrication (Newark, NJ) 1/16/06

NEWARK, NJ - At 8:00pm on January 16, Newark’s Rescue-1 was dispatched to McCarter Highway at South Street for a multi-vehicle accident with extrication needed. There were three vehicles involved, one of which appeared to be an unmarked police cruiser. Two people needed to be extricated from their vehicle, and the full details of the accident are unclear as of this point.
