North Ave. Fire (Bridgeport, CT) 11/10/10

BRIDGEPORT, CT – Shortly after 11:00am on November 10, 2010, the Bridgeport Fire Department was dispatched to 1698 North Avenue for a reported house fire. The first engine on scene found heavy fire showing from windows on the second floor D-side of a 2 ½ wood frame. The fire was quickly knocked down, but not before it had extended further into the second floor and attic. Fortunately, all residents escaped without injury.
