Lady Slipper Dr. Fire (Shelton, CT) 6/15/11

SHELTON, CT – Just before 9:30pm on June 15, 2011, Shelton Fire Companies 3, 5, and 1 were dispatched to a reported house fire on Lady Slipper Drive. Company 3 arrived first on scene reporting heavy smoke showing from a 2-story house. Members quickly searched the heavily smoke charged house and located the fire in the kitchen. The fire was quickly knocked down and the family dog was found during the primary search.
