Joseph Ct. Fire (Shelton, CT) 10/7/12

SHELTON, CT – At approximately 4:30am on October 7, 2012, Shelton Fire Companies 1, 4, and 5 were dispatched to 19 Joseph Court for a reported house fire. The first arriving unit on scene reported heavy smoke from the front door of a two story private residence. The first due engine stretched in and found a basement fire extending to the first floor. The fire was placed under control at about the hour mark and there were no reported injuries.
