Pembroke St. 2nd Alarm (Bridgeport, CT) 3/16/18

BRIDGEPORT, CT - Shortly before 8:00am on March 16, 2018, the Bridgeport Fire Department was dispatched to 1002 Pembroke Street for a reported basement fire. First in companies found heavy smoke showing from the basement of an occupied 2 1/2 story wood frame. The fire quickly extended to the 1st and 2nd floors and then to the attic. A 2nd alarm was called before it was put under control. Approximately 6 people were displaced by the fire.
