Water St. 2nd Alarm Fire (West Haven, CT) 2/17/19

WEST HAVEN, CT - At approximately 1:15am on February 17, 2019, the West Haven Fire Department was dispatched to 1 Water St. for a reported vacant building fire. First companies on scene found heavy fire through the roof of the old vacant Bilco Co., a 2-story commercial building. This is the second vacant building in this neighborhood to catch fire in 9 days and is under investigation by the fire marshal.
