Linwood Ave. Fire (Bridgeport, CT) 3/16/20

BRIDGEPORT, CT - At approximately 8:10pm on March 16, 2020, the Bridgeport Fire Department was called to a house fire at 316 Linwood Ave. First arriving companies found heavy fire showing from the 2nd floor of a 2 1/2 story wood frame. It was also reported that neighbors were attempting rescues of the residents before FD arrival. One firefighter sustained a broken foot while operating on an aerial ladder and had to be transported by ambulance.
