4th Ave. Fire (Milford, CT) 1/29/21

MILFORD, CT - Shortly before noon on January 29, 2021, the Milford Fire Department was dispatched to the corner of 4th Avenue and Milford Point Road for a reported house fire. First companies on scene found heavy fire on the 1st floor of a 1 1/2 story wood frame. The fire proved difficult due to heavy winds with temps hanging around 14 degrees. It was also reported that a neighbor had pulled the injured home owner to safety before FD arrival.
